NASA, Science Academy, Incentive Planning Program, 1997-present:  Organized, researched and hosted workshops to study principles of  management and administrative decision-making processes designed to instill incentives parallel to stated goals. 

Claims and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) activities:

American Arbitration Association (AAA) APCOM, 1999-present: ADR project to carry out terms of large, court-approved, federal class action settlement agreements. Continuing membership on Mass Claims Panel.

Los Angeles Superior Court Pilot ADR Program, 1991-present: helped plan, and accepted more than 100 court appointments, as part of now permanently established ADR Program.

AAA Mediation Program:  Participated in the 1986 initial administrative planning and training of mediators for the Los Angeles AAA mediation program, which has been expanded nationwide.

AAA cases >$1,000,000; Chairman on 3-member arbitration panels:

1994-96    Construction claims arising from US Navy Top Gun facility,
